The Government approved the auctions holding for land for investment projects in Kalininsky district

St. Petersburg’s Government agreed to conduct auctions to sign land lease agreements in Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg.

The first auction will be held at the request of «Inmark Engine-1 Research and Production Enterprise» LLC to sign the land lease on investment terms for the office garage construction at the address: Marshala Bluchera street, land 1.

A potential investor is going to build a parking area with a total area of ​​1 200 sq. m. Planned investment volume is 50 million rubles. The land lease term on investment terms basis is 18 months. The investment project implementation contributes to the commercial activities development and will help to resolve the cars placement issue and unload the adjacent houses courtyards from cars.

The second auction will be held to sign a lease of land at the address: Marshala Bluchera street, land 99, intended to accommodate a shopping facility (store) with an area of ​​up to 2500 square meters.

The land agreement term on investment terms basis is 32 months. The site is located within 24-27 quarter boundaries in Polyustrovo district in the Kalininsky district, in which active housing construction is currently underway and there is a need for retail facilities.
