A sports complex, equipped with the artificial ice rink, will be created in Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg Government approved the targeted allocation of a land plot to «Olimp» LLC at the following address: Pushkinsky district, Pushkin, Podbelsky highway, building 11, letter A, for the sports facility construction.

The project provides a two-story sports complex building construction with a total area of ​​over 9 thousand square meters. The complex will consists of an indoor ice rink with artificial ice with stands for spectators, two swimming pools, acrobatic training and choreography rooms, a gym, general fitness rooms for skaters, a medical room, a cafe, administrative and support rooms.

Both a football field and mini-football field with artificial turf, running and bike paths will be available on the land plot.

The sports complex is intended for social services for the districts’ all age categories residents, located near of. Besides special classes for people with disabilities will be available as well. The sports complex will hold competitions at the federal and regional levels in water, ice and non-ice sports.

The term for the construction completing and land lease validity on investment terms is 36 months. The planned investments volume is 500 million rubles.

The investor transfers a separate building of 300 square meters to St. Petersburg ownership in order to accommodate All-Russian Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» testing Center in Pushkinsky district upon the construction completion. The center’s goals include organizing and conducting Pushkinsky district’s population testing on All-Russian physical culture and sports complex All-Russian Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» testing.
