Two auctions for the facilities construction in Moscovsky district have been approved

St. Petersburg Government has agreed to conduct auctions for the right to sign land lease agreements on investment conditions basis in Moscovsky district.

The warehouse construction for the domestic and imported spare parts storage will be launched on Moskovskoe highway, section 1291.  The auction request has been submitted by «Avtor+» LLC. Auto spare parts will be intended for the urban public transport maintenance and repair, including buses and trolleybuses. The estimated object area is 1000 square meters, the land lease term on investment terms basis is 18 months.

«Rhodes Logistic» LLC applicant is going to build a multi-level parking area for 120 cars on Mariinskaya street, land plot 1. The parking may serve as an intercepting parking for car owners, which contributes to the transport infrastructure development in Moskovsky district and will reduce the locations shortage for automobile vehicles. The land lease term on investment terms basis is 32 months.
