New kindergartens will be built in two districts of St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg Government approved the targeted land plots provision in Moscovsky and Krasnogvardeisky districts for the kindergartens construction.

«Business City» Specialized Developer» LLC is going to build a kindergarten for 300 children to meet the multi-storey apartment building residents’ needs on a neighboring land plot on Yuri Gagarin avenue. The construction and land plot lease terms is up to 60 months

«Finance Project» LLC is going to create a kindergarten for 100 children on Respublikanskaya street, site 1, located near of new residential building. Kindergarten will be equipped in accordance with all modern trends in the preschool education field. The land plot  construction and lease term is 48 months.

Upon the construction completion, the investors are obliged to transfer them the city for free, according to the agreement with the district administrations.

The projects implementation will provide the residents with new apartment buildings as well as the surrounding areas with the social infrastructure facilities, including preschool education.
