The investor continues to develop the road network for a new residential quarter in Strelna

Today, at a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov with members of the city government, the targeted provision of LLC Specialized Developer KVS-Lyubograd of a land plot in the Petrodvorets district, in the village of Strelna on Krasnoselskoye highway, for the construction of a road network facility was approved.
The investor plans to build a trunk road that will connect Krasnoselskoye Highway and Budyonny Street.
"We strictly comply with the condition - the construction of housing with the simultaneous construction of social and road infrastructure. In St. Petersburg, it is fixed by law. Developers fulfill our requirements," Alexander Beglov stressed.
The planned date for putting the new road into operation is December 2025. Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer the highway to the ownership of St. Petersburg under a purchase and sale agreement.
The total length of the road network planned by the investor will be about three kilometers.
