Competition Development Standard

General information

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 618 dated 21.12.2017 "On the Main Directions of State Policy for the Development of Competition" active promotion of competition has been identified as a priority activity of the President of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, legislative (representative) and executive state authorities of the legal entities of the Russian Federation, as well as local self-government bodies.

Also, the following regulatory legal act approved the National Plan for the Development of Competition in the Russian Federation for 2021-2025.

The Standard for the Development of Competition in the Legal Entities of the Russian Federation was approved by Order No. 768-r dated 17.04.2019 of the Government of the Russian Federation in order to implement the provisions of the designated Decree.
