New social facilities will appear in the Baltic Pearl

At the working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov with members of the city government, an amendment
to the decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 601 dated 04/26/2005 was approved
"On the design and construction of a multifunctional complex at the address: Krasnoselsky district, Peterhof highway, section 1 (north of the intersection with the street of the Border Guard Garkavogo)".
According to the amendments, the conditions for the implementation of the investment project for the creation of a multifunctional residential complex "Baltic Pearl" have been clarified. The investor's obligations for the construction of commercial facilities in blocks 38-6, 32a-2, 32a-1 are excluded. The city will build social facilities on these sites.
"We have set a task – this year to eliminate the imbalance between housing construction and social infrastructure. Last year, a record number of 81 social facilities were introduced. The Baltic Pearl has been under construction for almost 20 years. The complex occupies a large area and construction continues. The deadline for the project is December 31, 2026. It is important that the city undertakes obligations to create social facilities," Alexander Beglov noted.
Recall that currently, within the framework of the project, the investor is working on the construction of the Baltic Boulevard with reconstruction
Admiral Cherokov Street. In 2022, the investor built and commissioned a polyclinic with an ambulance department and a police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
