An online survey on customer centricity is being conducted

The St. Petersburg Investment Committee is actively involved in the implementation of customer-centric Standards in St. Petersburg and continues to implement the principles of customer-centricity and lean manufacturing in its work in accordance with the federal project "Government for People". An important part of this process is improving interaction with external clients: potential investors, as well as business and other economic entities.
To assess the satisfaction of external clients with the consideration of requests and requests, an online survey is conducted, which will help assess the maturity level of the application of the principles of client-centricity.
