«Improving Investment Activity» Working Party under the Headquarters for Improving Business Conditions in Saint Petersburg operates In order to increase the investment attractiveness of Saint Petersburg, to organize effective work and provide an integrated approach to solving issues related to the implementation of the State Policy of Saint Petersburg in the Field of Investment.

A specified Working Party could assist you in solution of the following tasks:

forming proposals and mechanisms for their implementation in order to improve the indicators of Saint Petersburg in the National Investment Climate Ranking in the Entities of the Russian Federation, including consideration of legislation, «best practices», regional experience, analytical materials from business representatives;
development of mechanisms to improve indicators of development level of public-private partnership in the region;
development of proposals and initiatives to address issues of improving the investment climate and implementing investment policy in Saint Petersburg.
