    Monolith in ITMO High Park is 65% ready%

    Monolithic works within the framework of the first stage of construction of the ITMO Highpark world-class scientific, educational and innovation center in the future satellite city of Yuzhny in St. Petersburg have been completed by 65%. In some facilities, the monolith is 100% flooded.
    Monolithic works in the main educational building of ITMO Highpark are carried out taking into account complex architectural forms and construction technologies. In parallel, work is underway in the dormitories: in the dormitory complex No. 1, the monolith is 100% filled, in the second dormitory complex, work is underway at the second floor level — 35% is ready.
    The construction of bordering roads and driveways is also being completed on the territory of ITMO Highpark. Almost two kilometers of the roadway with sidewalks and bike paths, as well as two temporary U-turn rings, have been implemented. Work is underway on the heating networks — they are already a quarter ready, 228 meters out of 924 meters of the thermal route have been installed.
    After the monolithic works are completed, the next stage will begin in the dormitory complex: glazing, facade and roofing work. The construction of the dormitories is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. The main academic building is scheduled to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2027.
    At the same time, the first residential stage of the first stage of construction of the Yuzhny satellite city, which borders the ITMO High Park and forms a unified urban environment, will be put into operation. There are ten residential buildings ranging from five to ten floors in the queue. The ground floor is completely devoted to commercial, leisure and social infrastructure. A department of general practitioners will be located in one of the buildings. 390 square meters have been designed for it. meters. Yuzhny residents will have a unique opportunity not only to study near home at one of the best technical universities in the country, but also to use the campus infrastructure, such as a sports complex equipped for practicing a wide range of sports.
    On April 7, 2025, the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia issued a positive opinion on the design documentation of the facilities of the second stage of the ITMO Highpark. The stage includes the placement of three buildings of the scientific and educational complex: the Center for Information Technology, the Center for Photonics and Quantum Technologies, and the Center for Life and Health Sciences.
    On April 15, the ceremonial opening of the Yuzhny satellite city client center took place at 177 Moskovsky Prospekt and the construction of residential buildings of the first stage of the project was launched. Apartments of the first residential stage of the first stage of construction have already been put on the market. 25% of the site on which the first stage is being built has been allocated for landscaping and landscaping of the satellite city of Yuzhny.
