The resort will include a year-round swimming pool, water attractions, hotels of various levels, a boathouse for all-season storage and repair of yachts, ships, the historical Poltava shipyard, the Gazprom-Media film studio complex with a theme park. Residents and guests of the city will be able, in particular, to use the services of a water sports station, visit the theme Park of Lighthouses and an ice rink, as well as an extreme park, an artificial training pond and many other facilities. Special attention will be paid to children for whom it is planned to create an educational cluster on the territory of the resort, including children's research laboratories and various sections. The total investment in the Gorskaya project amounts to about 210 billion rubles, including the investor's financial resources for the creation of tourist infrastructure facilities will amount to 165 billion rubles, the cost of creating facilities for providing engineering and transport infrastructure – 45 billion rubles. The necessary changes have already been made to the Master Plan for the implementation of the project. The investor develops urban planning documentation. The project will give a new impetus to the development of both the territories in the north of St. Petersburg and the economy of the city as a whole. The project is expected to create at least 7,000 new jobs. The construction of the all-season Gorskaya cluster will increase the tourist attractiveness of the Northern Capital and expand its new tourist geography. The resort is designed to make a great contribution to achieving the goals of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry". The estimated tourist flow to Gorskaya will amount to 1.33 million people per year.
