A competition has been announced for the preparation of the construction site for the Latitudinal Highway stage

On Monday, May 26, JSC "ZSD" announced an open tender for the execution of works within the stage of preparation of the construction site on the section of the Latitudinal highway from the transport interchange at the intersection with Soyuz Ave. to the Ring Road. This area belongs to the construction stage 4.2.
The 6.4 km section runs through the territory of two subjects of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, and is of particular importance for the implementation of the project. By connecting the Latitudinal Highway with the Ring Road, it will allow traffic flows from the Central, Frunzensky and Moskovsky districts to the Ring Road, bypassing residential and commercial developments in the Nevsky and Krasnogvardeisky districts of St. Petersburg. 
According to the results of the competition, a general contractor will be identified who will carry out the reconstruction of engineering communications, carry out work on the liberation of the territory, including the dismantling of buildings and structures, as well as inspect the territory for the presence of explosive objects.
During the preparation of the territory, it is planned to rebuild more than 7 km of water supply networks and facilities, 2.7 km of communication networks, 3 km of gas pipeline, 13 km of power lines and about 1 km of sewerage networks.
Recall that at the end of March 2025, the design and estimate documentation for this site received a positive conclusion from the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.
