The investor completed the construction of a school in Krasnoselsky district

A new modern 550-seat school was built by an investor, BALTPRODCOM LLC, in the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg at 78 Petergofskoye Highway, Building 3, Sosnovaya Polyana. 1. The State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg issued a permit for the commissioning of the facility on May 22, 2025.

The total area of the school building is 14243 square meters, the area of non–residential premises is 13392.2 square meters. meters.

The school is equipped according to the St. Petersburg standard – its layout includes an assembly hall with 378 seats, a library and an information center. The sports facilities block includes a choreographic hall, a large sports hall, two swimming pools - a large 25 x 11 meters and a small 6 x 10 meters.

The building of the educational institution assumes a separate primary school block with its own lobby and a separate entrance.

The school also has a training section for the study of labor and technology, there are technical and utility rooms.

A green area with sports grounds and recreation areas has been landscaped near the school, adapted for access by low-mobility groups of the population.

The new school will become an important social infrastructure facility for the residents of the district, providing comfortable conditions for children's education. Currently, the investor is preparing the necessary documents for the transfer of the school to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
