The investor plans to complete the construction of an industrial building located on a plot of 2,197 square meters and create a mechanical assembly plant for the production of fan impellers.
"The investor is ready to launch import-substituting production of the main components of ventilation equipment in Kronstadt. These products are in high demand in industry and other industries. It is important that new highly qualified jobs will be created at the enterprise," said Alexander Beglov.
At the moment, the degree of readiness of the facility is about 50%, the building area planned by the investor will be 2,160 square meters. meters.
The term of completion of the construction of the facility and the lease agreement on investment terms is 36 months.
