    SPIEF 2025: The St. Petersburg Marina project has received a new impetus for development

    On June 20, 2025, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between St. Petersburg, Gorskaya LLC and the St. Petersburg Regional Sports Public organization Yacht Club of St. Petersburg in the implementation of the first stage of the St. Petersburg Marina project of the Five Seas and Lake Baikal federal project.

    The agreement was signed by Ivan Skladchikov, Chairman of the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg, and Vladimir Lyubomirov, Director of 2 Gorskaya LLC.

    The document was signed in continuation of the cooperation agreement between St. Petersburg, JSC "Corporation Tourism.Russian Federation", Gazprombank JSC and the St. Petersburg regional sports public organization Yacht Club of St. Petersburg, concluded at SPIEF-2024.

    The St. Petersburg Marina all-season seaside resort in Gorskaya is a megaproject of the program "10 priorities of socio—economic development of St. Petersburg", which will determine the future of the city for decades to come.

    The project is being implemented on behalf of the President of Russia and will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".

    St. Petersburg Marina covers an area of 160 hectares on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, where by 2030 it is planned to create a unique seaside resort, including a yacht club, a yachting school, a shipyard and a variety of public spaces.

    The project is expected to attract more than 1.3 million tourists per year and create about 7,000 jobs. The number of rooms will be at least 6,700 rooms. The length of the coastline (beach) is 1.7 km.
