The investor has built and will donate to the city a new kindergarten in Pushkin.

The company Specialized Developer Graphite LLC has completed construction and received permission to commission a new kindergarten in Pushkin. The kindergarten is located at 22 Novaya Street, building 1.
The three-storey kindergarten building covers an area of 3,107.4 square meters and is designed for 105 places, including four groups for children from three to seven years old: two groups for toddlers from three to five years old and two groups for children from five to seven years old. Up to 26 children will be able to study in each group. The kindergarten will be open from 7:00 to 19:00, five days a week.
The construction was carried out at the expense of the investor's funds in compliance with modern safety and quality standards. The building provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, physical development and health promotion of children from an early age: a music and physical education hall, a swimming pool, a speech therapist's office, and facilities for additional classes.
On the ground floor there is a medical unit, groups for younger children, a food hall and a swimming pool. The second floor is reserved for senior groups and additional classrooms. Cozy playgrounds and sports grounds are organized on the territory of the kindergarten.
The object will be donated to the city. At the moment, the investor is coordinating a list of documents for transfer to the city for registration of ownership rights.
The kindergarten is scheduled to open in September 2025.
