A program of preferential loans for the restoration of cultural heritage sites has been launched
The House of the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, developed support measures for participants in the program for the restoration of cultural heritage sites and opened concessional lending for projects to restore windows. Lending to investment projects with a preferential subsidized rate will be available in all regions of the Russian Federation.
You can get a preferential loan for the development of project documentation, restoration and adaptation to modern use of an architectural monument in poor condition. The project implementation period should not exceed 8.5 years.
The purpose of the program is the preservation of historical heritage and the involvement of architectural monuments in economic turnover, the creation of a comfortable urban environment and new opportunities for the economy of the regions through the support of tourism.
According to the terms of the program, after the restoration of windows, they should be available to citizens. Their possible purpose is tourist infrastructure facilities, hotels, restaurants, administrative buildings, educational and leisure centers.

The platform contains information about facilities located in St. Petersburg and included in the program for restoration and adaptation to modern use.
Recall that on December 5, 2024, JSC DOM.RF announced an auction for the sale of the historical complex of the former Kresty pre-trial detention center in St. Petersburg. The starting price is 1.052 billion rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until February 17, 2025. The auction will take place on February 21. The initial price of the lot is 1.052 billion rubles.
