    A new boxing and wrestling Center will be opened in Zelenogorsk.

    At a working meeting of the Governor Alexandr Beglov with members of the city Government, the targeted provision to the St. Petersburg Boxing and Wrestling Development Fund of a land plot in Zelenogorsk on Sportivnaya Street, northeast of House 2, letter A, for the construction of an indoor sports facility was approved.
    The investor plans to build a sports complex, the premises of which will be provided free of charge to the Vladimir Korenkov Olympic Reserve Sports school in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg for conducting physical education and sports training sessions.

    He noted that the sports infrastructure in the Resort area is developing rapidly.
    The total area of the new sports complex will be more than 900 square meters. The boxing area will occupy 195.5 square meters, the functional area — 217.5 square meters. meters. Two changing rooms with sanitary facilities and showers, a cafe, technical and administrative premises are planned in the building of the complex.
    Upon completion of the construction, the investor will transfer the non-residential premises of the sports complex with a total area of 20 square meters to the ownership of St. Petersburg. meters that will be used to organize a room for trainers.
    The construction period of the facility and the contract are valid for 36 months. The term of gratuitous provision of premises of the GBU DO SSHOR complex named after V. Korenkov is within 60 calendar days after the facility is put into operation.
