The second Mother and Child center will be built by the investor in Primorsky district.

Governor Alexander Beglov signed a decree of the city government "On the provision of a land plot for the construction of an outpatient clinic facility at the address: Primorsky district, inner-city municipality of the federal city of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg municipal district of Lakhta-Olgino, Lakhtinsky ave., land plot 39a."
The investor plans to build a two-storey building of the Mother and Child medical clinic. It will be a multifunctional center designed for 336 visits per shift. It has two departments planned: a women's consultation and a children's polyclinic, each of which will have a separate entrance. The land area is more than five thousand square meters, and the total area of the facility is over 2500 square meters. meters.
The construction of the clinic is being carried out by the investor in accordance with his commitment to the city to create a second medical center as part of a strategic project. 
The first stage of the project has already been implemented - in 2021, the clinical hospital "Mother and Child" was commissioned in Primorsky district, which provides intensive treatment, pregnancy and childbirth management, outpatient admission of patients.
The construction period for the new facility is 33 months from the date of the conclusion of the lease agreement for the land on investment terms and is based on the validity period of the status of the strategic investment project. The contract is valid for 41 months.
