A new gas distribution point has been implemented in Frunzensky district

St. Petersburg State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service issued a permit to launch gas control point No. 132 in St. Petersburg, Salova street, 37, bld 2, letter A, on September 11, 2019.

The object is a one-story building with a total area of ​​20 sq. m. The total investment in the construction amounted to over 29 million rubles. The project was implemented while being supported by St. Petersburg Investment Committee’s specialists and the subordinate institution of «Investment Management» St. Petersburg State Budget Institution.

The building reconstruction agreement for the gas distribution point was signed on February 2, 2015 in accordance with St. Petersburg Government’s degree, dated February 24, 2015 «On the building reconstruction in Frunzensky district, Salova street,  37, bld. 2, letter A, for the gas distribution point» between «Petersburg Gas» LLC and the Committee for Property Relations of St. Petersburg with a validity period until February 26, 2018.

A gas distribution point is intended to reduce gas pressure and maintain it at a predetermined level regardless of changes in inlet pressure and gas supply to the medium pressure gas pipelines’ ring system in the adjacent area, which consumers are supplied for domestic needs from.

The investment terms stipulate the investor’s obligation to transfer the property to St. Petersburg upon the construction completion.
