The award ceremony for the winners of the Investor of the Year 2025 contest will be held in St. Petersburg

On November 27, 2025, a solemn ceremony will be held to award the honorary badge "Investor of the Year" to companies that are actively involved in the development of St. Petersburg and have implemented major infrastructure projects in 2023-2024.
The winners were selected by the competition committee in nine nominations reflecting the key areas of St. Petersburg's socio-economic development: in the field of cultural heritage preservation, territorial development, transport infrastructure, consumer market, industry or industrial infrastructure, culture and tourism, information technology, education and science, sports, and the social sphere.
The Investor of the Year competition is one of the measures to support and encourage companies engaged in investment activities in St. Petersburg. This year, the list of award nominations has been updated. Thus, a new nomination was added – "For the implementation of the best investment project in the field of sports." In addition, changes have been made to the names of the nominations.: "For the implementation of the best investment project in the field of information technology, education and science" and "For the implementation of the best investment project in the field of industry or industrial infrastructure".
Applications for participation in the "Investor of the Year-2025" competition were accepted by the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg in the period from April 22 to May 22, 2025.

The competition is held every two years. The list of winners of the selection for the award in 2025 is established by the Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg dated September 16, 2025 No. 682 "On awarding the award of the Government of St. Petersburg – the honorary badge "Investor of the Year".
