Petersburg approved the provision of land for the construction of a school, a sports complex and a gas filling station

The Government of St. Petersburg approved the provision of land plots to the investors for the creation of sports, social and transport infrastructure in different parts of the city.

In the Krasnoselsky district on Desantnikov street, the investor Alex Fitness LLC is planning to build a sports complex with a 5-lane swimming pool, aerobics, exercise and sports hall, gym, auxiliary, administrative and technical premises. The land plot area is 5.8 thousand square meters. The term for the facility construction and the validity of the land plot lease agreement on investment conditions is 3 years

By Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg dated September 12, 2018 No. 723, the project for the construction of four sports clubs on the city territory was recognized as a strategic investment project of St. Petersburg, and Alex Fitness LLC was recognized as a strategic investor.

In the Krasnogvardeisky district, on a land plot with an area of more than 21 thousand square meters, Stroy-Pro LLC plans to build a four-story secondary school for 825 students within 5 years. A sports ground, playgrounds for outdoor games and quiet recreation are planned to place nearby on the territory.

Within three years, the investor Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo LLC plans to build a petrol and gas filling station on the land plot at the address: Levashovo village, Gorskoye highway, land plot 192. The land plot area is more than 18 thousand square meters.

By Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg dated September 22, 2015 No. 829, the investment project for the construction of the Automobile CNG Filling Station network was recognized as a strategic investment project of St. Petersburg.
