Petersburg motorists appreciate Western High-Speed Diameter quality and convenience

«Northern Capital Highway» launched a large survey for St. Petersburg’s residents, using the Western High-Speed ​​Diameter. Now everyone have a chance to share own opinions on the road convenience as well as evaluate the road usage conditions by clicking on «Let's improve Western High-Speed Diameter!».

The survey participants’ feedback and suggestions are aimed at the highway development and improvement, innovations analysis and getting feedback from all motorists categories.

WHSD is a unique investment project on intracity toll multi-lane highway creation, implemented on the public-private partnership agreement basis with «Northern Capital Highway» LLC. This is one of the first and most ambitious public-private partnership projects in Russian Federation.

The main highway creation stage was completed in December 2016. Up to 380 thousand trips per day are recorded every day at WHSD.  About 90 million cars pass through the highway passes per year. The project was awarded with certain Russian and international prizes.
