Both preschool and school education institution will soon emerge in Nevsky district

St. Petersburg’s Government approved the targeted provision of the land area of over 9 thousand square meters in Nevsky district, Nevsky municipal district, Dybenko street, section 210 to «Renaissance» LLC.

It is planned to build a three-story kindergarten building for 90 places with primary school classes for 110 places on the land being considered. «First of all, this, will provide the required educational infrastructure for the residents of the residential complex, located near of, currently being built by the same investor, and other new houses», Roman Golovanov, St. Petersburg Investment Committee Chairman said. «In addition, this will generally reduce the district’s need for scarce kindergartens and elementary schools».

The new kindergarten will meet modern requirements for recreation and activities for children, including a swimming pool, a music room and a medical unit. In primary school, children will be able to both learn and visit the gym with locker rooms, various creative classes.

The term for construction completing and land lease validity on the investment terms basis is 36 months. The planned investments volume is 250 million rubles. The building will be transferred to the St. Petersburg ownership upon construction completion.
