The investor has completed the construction of the Baltic Boulevard shore protection

The State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg has issued a permit for the commissioning of an object that is part of the multifunctional complex "Baltic Pearl": coastal protection of Baltiysky Boulevard with the reconstruction of Admiral Cherokov Street.
The length of the facility is 515 meters. The construction of the Baltic Boulevard shore protection is one of the investment obligations of the strategic investor of Baltiyskaya Zhemchuzhina CJSC to the city.
The Baltiyskaya Zhemchuzhina microdistrict has been developing since 2005 and is the first large-scale project in St. Petersburg for the integrated development of territories in the southwest of the city. As a result of the successful implementation of the project, truly comfortable and well-maintained neighborhoods with all the necessary infrastructure have appeared here.
Socio-economic indicators of the project: the number of jobs created is more than 3,500, the amount of tax deductions to budgets of various levels is about 6 billion rubles since the beginning of the project, the volume of investments is about 65 billion rubles.
