The investor will build a polyclinic in Pushkinsky district, and a kindergarten in Vasileostrovsky district.

Issues related to the development of social infrastructure in two districts of St. Petersburg were discussed on March 3 at a working meeting between Governor Alexander Beglov and members of the city Government.
In particular, the targeted provision of a land plot to Recom LLC for the construction of an outpatient clinic in the village of Shushary on Shkolnaya Street was approved. On an area of 5,396 square meters, the investor will build a polyclinic building for 200 visits per shift.
"Previously, the issue of social institutions was very acute in Shushary. We have put a lot of effort into solving this problem. After 2018, 38 social facilities were built in the village," Alexander Beglov emphasized.
The construction period of the clinic and the validity of the contract is 39 months. The planned date for the facility's commissioning is the 4th quarter of 2027.
The Government of St. Petersburg also approved the targeted provision of a land plot in Vasileostrovsky district on Kakhovsky Lane for the construction of a pre-school, primary and secondary general education facility. The investor will build a kindergarten building with 150 places on an area of almost six thousand square meters.
The kindergarten construction period is 18 months, and the contract is valid for 36 months. The planned date for the facility's commissioning is the 2nd quarter of 2026.
Upon completion of the construction, the investors will donate the polyclinic and kindergarten to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
In 2024, an absolute record was set in St. Petersburg for the construction of social infrastructure - 118 social facilities were commissioned. At the same time, the share of investor participation in their construction is increasing: in 2025, 40% of the planned volume of social facilities will be built through a targeted investment program, 60% - at the expense of investors.
Let's add that over the past year, investors have built and handed over to the city one polyclinic and 12 kindergartens, which, among other social facilities, were accompanied by the St. Petersburg Investment Committee until they were put into operation.
