Two sports complexes will emerge within «Gazprom for Children» program

St. Petersburg Government has approved targeted allocation of the land plots to Gazprom Social Initiatives Support Fund in Kurortny and Moscovsky districts of St. Petersburg.

The investor is going to build a fitness center with a total area of ​​4200 square meters, equipped with both a swimming pool and a universal gym in Sestroretsk on Instrumentalshikov street, site 1. The planned investment amount is about 539 million rubles.

A three-story sports complex building, equipped with a gymnasium, will be built on Moskovsky Highway, section 1. The planned building is an additional gymnastics hall to the already constructed complex with a common parking space and driveways.

The total investment of the two facilities will be over 770 million rubles. The investor will transfer both objects free of charge upon the construction completion into St. Petersburg ownership, upon mutual agreement with the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of St. Petersburg and the district administrations as well.

The sports complexes construction within «Gazprom for Children» program in St. Petersburg, contributes to the mass sports popularization and the population involvement in physical education and sports.
