The historic building and the mansion interiors on Kamennoostrovsky will be restored as a hotel

St. Petersburg Government approved the decision on the concession agreement signing on the facility reconstruction and operation in order to organize the leisure for citizens and tourism, located at the address: St. Petersburg, Kamennoostrovsky avenue, 58-60,  letter  A, B.

«Asgard» LLC is entitled to sign a concession agreement without holding a tender due to the lack of other persons’ requests on the readiness to participate in the tender. The current buildings are cultural heritage objects of the regional significance: «Homestead of E.G. Igel» and «House of A.E. Vyazemsky and mechanical workshop building of R.M. Vetzer».

Roman Golovanov, St. Petersburg Investment Committee Chairman, emphasized high project’s potential and economic attractiveness. «The reconstruction on Kamennoostrovsky avenue will result in a hotel creation of a category at least «three stars» with a capacity of 46 rooms. At the same time, it will remain owned by the city, while the investor will ensure regular concession and rental payments to the city’s budget», Roman Golovanov said.

The agreement is valid for 49 years. The investor will provide investment raising in the amount of at least 302 million rubles to ensure the implementation.
