The investor will build a school in Kolpino

At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov with members of the city government, the targeted provision of LLC Specialized Developer Zagorodnaya 71 a land plot with an area of more than 20 thousand square meters on Sevastyanov Street in Kolpino was approved. The investor plans to build a secondary school building with 550 seats.
"Today we are moving to the advanced construction of social infrastructure facilities. The mechanism of interaction with developers in our city is built in such a way that at the same time as new residential areas, appropriate facilities are created. An investor is building an apartment building on a neighboring plot. The developer has committed himself to build a school nearby in 2026," Alexander Beglov stressed.
Upon completion of the construction, the investor will transfer the school to the ownership of St. Petersburg under a purchase and sale agreement.
