    The draft layout of the territory of the all-season seaside resort "St. Petersburg Marina" has been approved

    At a working meeting of Governor Alexander Beglov with members of the city government, a draft layout of the territory of the future tourist and reactionary cluster "St. Petersburg Marina" in Gorskaya was approved. The megaproject is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Five Seas and Lake Baikal" and is included in the program "10 priorities for the development of St. Petersburg".

    The Governor recalled that the President approved the creation of ten all-season seaside resorts by 2030, one of which will be St. Petersburg.‑Petersburg Marina".     Saint Petersburg Marina covers an area of about 160 hectares on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, where it is planned to create a unique seaside resort, including the largest marina in the Russian Federation for mooring motor and sailing yachts with an artificial beach line.
    The project includes the construction of a yacht club training base with training centers. A multifunctional cultural, entertainment, sports and recreation complex with public and business areas will be created. There will be an extensive natural and ecological theme park for recreation and entertainment. It is planned to build berths and sports facilities for water sports and outdoor physical education.
    A hotel, catering and retail facilities, museums, exhibition halls, and parking lots will also be built on the territory of the cluster.
    An engineering infrastructure will be created, seven passageways will be organized, which will make the cluster accessible to transport.
    The new tourism cluster is expected to attract an additional 1.3 million visitors per year to the city. About 7,000 jobs will be created. The hotel will have at least 6,700 rooms. The length of the coastline (beach) is 1.7 km.
