Organizational assistance for project implementation

• General coordination of the investor's interaction with the federal state authorities, executive state authorities of Saint Petersburg in order to obtain approvals and permits
• Immediate organization of negotiations, meetings, consultations aimed at solving issues within the project implementation
• General coordination of interaction with credit and financial institutions, development institutions, investment and venture funds for the purpose of financing projects

1. The investor submits an application to the Investment Committee of Saint Petersburg

2. Registation of the application on the day of receipt

   1 day

3. Appointment of the project supervisor

   2 days (from the day following the day of registration)

4. Sending notification of receipt of a request

   5 days (from the day following the day of registration)

5. Determing the date of a personal meeting (if necessary)

6. Sending a written response and/or a schedule of organizational assistance for the implementation of the project to the investor

   7 working days (from the date of the personal meeting)

Within the framework of a single window investors are also offered services for the provision of real estate and land plots. The provision of land plots and real estate objects to investors is carried out in accordance with The Regulation on the Procedure for Interaction of Executive Bodies of State Power of Saint Petersburg in the Preparation and Adoption of Decisions on the Provision of Real Estate owned by Saint Petersburg for Construction, Reconstruction and work on Adaptation for Modern Use, approved by the Decree of the Government of Saint Petersburg No. 656 dated 21.07.2015. The regulation has been developed in accordance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation and The Law of Saint Petersburg No. 282-43 dated 17.06.2004 «On the Procedure for the Provision of Real Estate Owned by Saint Petersburg for Construction, Reconstruction and Adaptation for Modern Use».

Additional services provided on a paid basis

In order to implement investment projects in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and Saint Petersburg within a Single Window on the basis of the List of paid services (works) provided (performed) by the SPB SBI «Investment Management», approved by Order No. 35 dated 01.02.2021, additional services are provided on a paid basis, for further details you can address Single window for investors.
