As a reminder, the CMMSD is a megaproject included in the program "10 priorities for the development of St. Petersburg." In accordance with the Master Plan of the city, the SCHMSD with the bridge over the Neva River is one of the main links in the framework of the city's high-speed and continuous traffic highways along with the Western High-speed Dimeter and Ring Road. The commissioning of the 2-4 stages of the SMSD is planned for 2029-2031.
