An investor has built a medical center with a children's clinic in Nevsky district.

On March 21, 2025, the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of Saint Petersburg‑St. Petersburg has issued a permit for the commissioning of an outpatient care facility in the Nevsky district on Chudnovsky Street, site 1 (north of the intersection with Tovarishchesky Prospekt).
The investor, LLC KDC on Chudnovsky, has completed the construction of a large medical center consisting of two buildings.
The total area of the first building is 3510.3 square meters. meters. It will house a commercial clinic with ultrasound, dentistry departments, and doctors' offices of various specialties.
The second building is located on an area of 304.8 square meters and, in accordance with the investment conditions, is being prepared for transfer to the ownership of the city for use as a children's polyclinic department.
Overall, the facility's capacity will be about 500 visits per day. The opening is scheduled for August 2025.
The new polyclinic will not only provide high-quality medical care to residents of St. Petersburg, but will also create at least 80 new jobs for residents of the city.
