A hotel complex with health and recreation infrastructure will be built in the Kurortny District.

At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted allocation of a plot in Zelenogorsk, on Primorskoye Highway, for the construction of a hotel facility was approved for LLC “BIOSPHERE”.

The investor will build a four‑star year‑round complex with 151 rooms, including health and spa infrastructure.

“The President of Russia has set the task of increasing the number of trips within the country and boosting the share of tourism in the economy by 2030. St. Petersburg is developing the hospitality infrastructure in St. Petersburg to achieve these goals.” The new complex will enhance the city’s appeal as a region offering diverse leisure options. New jobs will also be created. The project will make an important contribution to the development of family, ecological, and health‑oriented tourism, to the economic growth of the sector, and to increasing St. Petersburg’s appeal as a tourist destination,” noted Alexander Beglov.

Earlier, on July 13, 2026, this project was granted strategic status.
