The investor will build a primary school and kindergarten complex in the Resort area.

At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted provision of Ranta Residence, a Specialized developer, a land plot in Zelenogorsk on Krivonosovskaya Street for the construction of a preschool, primary and secondary education facility was approved.
"We have eliminated the shortage of schools and kindergartens. We have been building them as planned since this year. We have ensured that schools and kindergartens are introduced together with housing, they are comfortable and modern. The construction of a new social facility in the Kurortny district is another example of developers' responsible attitude to the development of the urban environment," said Alexander Beglov. – A kindergarten with 90 places and an elementary school with 100 places will be located on a plot of more than 13 thousand square meters. Upon completion of the construction, the investor will transfer the primary school and kindergarten complex to the ownership of the city for free."
The construction period of the facility is 29 months. The term of the land lease agreement on investment terms is 56 months. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2027.
