    The investor will build a large sports complex in Nevsky district

    At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted provision of Fitness System LLC of a land plot in the Nevsky district on Far Eastern Avenue for the construction of an indoor sports facility was approved.
    The investor will build a four-storey indoor sports complex on a plot of 4,544 square meters. In addition to two recreational swimming pools, the building will house two gyms, a gym for group classes, locker rooms, showers, cafes, coaching, administrative and technical rooms. It is also planned to create an open car park with 18 parking spaces for visitors to the sports complex within the boundaries of the site.
    "According to the Presidential Decree, the proportion of citizens who systematically engage in physical education and sports should be at least 75% by 2030. We are creating conditions for mass sports in the city, building new sports facilities. It is important that investors take an active part in solving this problem. The new sports complex on Far Eastern Avenue will help promote a healthy lifestyle," said Alexander Beglov.
    The construction period of the facility and the contract are valid for 42 months.
    Upon completion of construction, the investor undertakes to transfer the non-residential premises of the facility with a total area of 70 square meters to city ownership. meters that will be used by the Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No. 1 of the Nevsky district to organize the educational and training process, including karate classes and general physical training of entry-level athletes.
