    Mitraks company will build a base for repair and maintenance of municipal equipment

    At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted provision of MITRAKS LLC of a site in the Krasnogvardeysky district on Commune Street for the construction of a utility facility was approved.
    On a plot of 19742 square meters, the investor will build a base for the repair and maintenance of municipal equipment. On the adjacent site, the investor plans to implement a large-scale investment project for the construction of a new factory for the manufacture of a series of front-mounted universal loaders, agricultural and municipal equipment for various purposes. 
    "The company plans to build a service center where the equipment in operation by the municipal enterprises will be serviced. The base for its repair and maintenance will become an auxiliary facility to meet the needs of the investor's main production," said Alexander Beglov.
    The base will be located in the Rzhevka production area in accordance with the approved planning and surveying project. The base building will be two-storeyed, with a test site and an integrated boiler room planned as part of the facility. The maximum total area will be 15 thousand square meters. meters.
    It is planned to create passageways on all sides of the base, open storage areas for vehicles, as well as platforms for organizing repair and loading and unloading operations.
    The construction period of the facility and the lease agreement for the land on investment terms is 54 months.
