The investor built a consumer services center in the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg.

SK PLC LLC has completed the construction of a consumer services facility at 56 Oktyabrskaya Embankment, Building 3, Building 1. On October 19, 2026, the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg issued a permit to put the facility into operation.
The total area of the new modern complex is more than 1350.1 square meters. meters. The building has variable storeys, from two to three floors, and includes nine rooms that will house businesses providing a wide range of household services. The functional purpose of the center is to provide residents with in‑demand everyday services within walking distance.
In accordance with its obligations, the investor is currently carrying out measures to transfer adjacent premises in the constructed facility with a total area of at least 80 sq. meters to the ownership of St. Petersburg. These premises will be assigned to the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution “Center for Physical Culture, Sports and Health of the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg” for conducting esports classes.
The opening of the consumer services center for residents is scheduled for the first half of 2027.
