The investor has built and will donate to the city a new kindergarten in the Moskovsky district.

Capital Estate LLC has completed construction and received permission to commission a new kindergarten in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg. It is located at Moskovskoe Shosse, section 176, southwest of the intersection with Dunaisky Prospekt.
The three-storey kindergarten building covers an area of 4,814.3 square meters and is designed for 220 places, including nursery, junior and middle age groups, as well as senior and preparatory groups. 
On the ground floor there are rooms for toddlers from one to three years old, a swimming pool with a coaching room and a nurse's office, a "salt room", medical and food blocks. 
The second floor is reserved for younger and middle-aged groups from three to five years old. In addition to the group cells, there is a hall for music and physical education classes, a teaching room, a club room, a laundry room, as well as staff rooms and office facilities. 
On the third floor there will be senior and preparatory groups for children aged five to seven. Classrooms, administrative and technical rooms are also organized there.
The construction of the kindergarten was carried out at the expense of the investor's funds in compliance with modern safety and quality standards. The building provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, physical development and health promotion of children from an early age.
The object will be transferred to the ownership of the city free of charge. The kindergarten is scheduled to open on September 1, 2026.
