An investor has built a new Skandinavia medical center in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg

On September 17, 2025, a new outpatient clinic facility was opened at 21 Chudnovsky Street, built by KDC on Chudnovsky LLC. The medical center consists of two buildings with a total area of almost 4,000 square meters. meters.

The first building is a building of variable number of storeys, from two to four floors, including an underground one. The building houses the multidisciplinary "Scandinavia Clinic", which houses offices of doctors of various specialties, ultrasound, MRI, CT rooms, a vaccination center, treatment and dressing rooms, a mother and child room, an X-ray room, functional and cardiological diagnostic areas, pediatric and adult dentistry, day hospitals, a pharmacy, as well as administrative and office premises.

A children's polyclinic for the provision of public services under the compulsory medical insurance program will be established in the two-storey building of the second building, transferred by the investor to the ownership of St. Petersburg.

The equipment and facilities of the new clinic of the Skandinavia network meet the latest standards of medicine: patients are provided with accurate diagnosis, comfortable treatment, and modern therapeutic care at all stages – from going to the doctor to recovery. Adults and children can receive both primary and specialized care, from prevention to rehabilitation.

The opening of the clinic has created more than 70 new jobs. The capacity will be up to 2,000 visits per day.

The main goal of the implemented investment project is to make high—quality medical care as accessible as possible to residents of the Nevsky district and the entire east of St. Petersburg.
