A base for the maintenance and operational service of Rosseti Lenenergo will be built in the Primorsky District.

At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted allocation of a plot of land on Planernaya Street for the construction of administrative buildings for organizations providing utility services was approved for PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo.
On the plot, which covers an area of more than 4,300 sq. meters, the investor will build a base for the maintenance and operational service of the Western District.
“The implementation of the project is important both for the Primorsky District and for the city as a whole. The new base will provide more opportunities for the operational maintenance of networks.” First and foremost, this will increase the reliability and safety of the power supply for St. Petersburg residents,” Alexander Beglov emphasized.
The base will include a two‑story administrative and utility complex with a total area of almost 1,500 sq. meters, a single‑story warehouse building with a total area of more than 200 sq. meters, a single‑story service garage building with a total area of more than 300 sq. meters, and a single‑story entrance building with a total area of more than 60 sq. meters. The total area of all buildings will be more than 2,000 sq. meters.
The construction period of the facility and the validity of the contract are 48 months.
