A widget has been launched on the website of JSC "Western High-speed Diameter", which allows you to switch to the feedback platform (PIC) "Gosuslugi. We decide together." The tool was implemented at the initiative of the St. Petersburg Investment Committee as part of a customer-centric approach that allows residents to report problems, ask questions, and make suggestions related to the operation of the inner-city Western Expressway toll highway in St. Petersburg.
The PIC service enables the WSD operator to obtain the information necessary to improve the quality of services, develop solutions tailored to the needs of highway users, provide a unified standard of interaction with residents, and promptly respond to problems.
In particular, through the PIC service, motorists can ask questions about the cost of travel along toll roads, the purchase of a transponder and the operation of sales offices, highway maintenance, as well as make comments on traffic management and highway cleaning.
