Investor to build kindergarten in Moscow region

At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted provision of a land plot on Georgy Chernyshev Street for the construction of a preschool, primary and secondary general education facility was approved.
On a plot of more than 10,000 square meters, the investor will build a three-story kindergarten building with 330 beds.
"We have solved a big problem – we have eliminated the shortage of schools and kindergartens accumulated over the previous decades. It is important that social facilities in the new quarters are being rented out at the same time as housing. This year we plan to build 24 schools and 27 kindergartens," said Alexander Beglov.
The construction period of the kindergarten will be 24 months from the date of signing the lease agreement on investment terms. The contract is valid for 36 months.
Upon completion of the construction, the investor will transfer the kindergarten to the ownership of the city under a purchase and sale agreement.
