These are unused and investment-attractive windows that are in state or municipal ownership and are ready to be transferred to investors. Windows must be included in the unified state register of cultural heritage sites and comply with a number of requirements.

It should be recalled that the preservation of historical and cultural heritage corresponds to the program "10 priorities for the development of St. Petersburg." Among other things, the regional competition "Conservation with adaptation 2024-2025", aimed at preserving the WINDOW monuments of wooden architecture, contributes to achieving this goal.
