At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted provision of a land plot to an investor in the Lakhta-Olgino municipal district of the Primorsky District, on Mikhailovskaya Street, for the construction of a consumer service facility was approved.
The investor plans to build an object with a total area of more than a thousand

Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer to the ownership of St. Petersburg adjacent non-residential premises with a total area of at least 372 square meters. meters – they will be assigned to the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "House of Youth of Primorsky District" for the organization of cultural space for young families.
"Consumer service houses are part of a comfortable urban environment. Residents want to have them within walking distance. A platform for communication and creativity of young people is also extremely necessary in the growing Lakhta-Olgino district, the number of inhabitants of which has already reached 15 thousand," Alexander Beglov stressed.
The construction period of the facility and the validity of the lease agreement is 36 months.
