SPIEF 2026 brought 731.72 billion rubles to St. Petersburg. The northern capital of Russia has signed 74 agreements, including 41 investment agreements. The agreements of the St. Petersburg Investment Committee raised 507.5 billion rubles.
"At the last SPIEF, the most important decisions were made in the development of transport and social infrastructure, technological innovations, the tourism industry and the restoration of cultural heritage sites. The signed investment agreements and planned projects will attract additional resources to the St. Petersburg economy, help improve the quality of life of citizens and make our city a modern metropolis of the 21st century — comfortable, technological and open to new opportunities," said Ivan Skladchikov, Chairman of the St. Petersburg Investment Committee.
At its stand, St. Petersburg presented a vibrant exhibition and business zone, the main theme of which was marine and unmanned technologies, advanced industry and investments. The exhibits on display reflected the strategies laid down in the program "10 priorities of socio-economic development" and emphasized the special role and potential of our city in achieving national goals.
Visitors to the St. Petersburg stand were able to assess the prospects for the development of Pulkovo Airport, the continuation of the Slavyanka tram line, and the formation of the ITMO Highpark scientific, educational and innovation center with a Technological Valley.
The special attention of the SPIEF guests was attracted by the models of the public and cultural space prepared by the St. Petersburg Investment Committee together with investors on the site of the former Kresty prison, the Sailing Academy as part of the St. Petersburg Marina tourist cluster, and the bridge as part of the Latitudinal Highway.
