An investor has built a new boiler house in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg

OOO Teploenergo has completed the construction of a boiler house in Zelenogorsk. The permit for the commissioning of the facility was issued by the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg on May 7, 2026.

The new heat supply source is located at 67 Krivonosovskaya St., building 1. The boiler house has a capacity of 9 MW, it will provide heat to multi-family residential buildings, as well as a children's educational institution with 110 places and a secondary educational school with 825 places.

The placement of the new heat source is provided for by the St. Petersburg Heat Supply Scheme for the period up to 2033, approved by order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

The boiler plant is scheduled to be launched at the end of May 2026.
