St. Petersburg invites guests to visit great christmas fair

New Year's gifts and winter fun are waiting for guests on Manezhnaya square, Malaya Sadovaya and Klenovaya streets from December 12 to January 13.

Large Christmas market opens in the city’s center. Sixty-three 63 trade pavilions with goods and tasty dish from 10 Russian regions will operate within it.

There will be delicacies for the festive table as well as art craftsmen’s products, toys, and special gifts.

A large entertainment program for children will be available at this Christmas market as well, including thematic master classes, which will take place in Santa Claus’s house and craft house, a skating rink, carousels and a train will work for free.

The organizers prepared lots of holiday gifts and surprises for visitors. There will be demonstrated Catholic and Orthodox Christmas traditions, Santa Claus meeting ceremony and New Year tree lighting for guests. Besides there will be a colorful light show on the wall of the Mikhailovsky Manege every evening.

The fair guests will be able to warm up and eat in «Cuisine of the World» thematic zone.

Entrance is free of charge. Opening hours: daily from 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm (January 1 - from 2.00 pm).
