The exhibition "My Petersburg" offers visitors various interactive programs

At the site of the museum and exhibition center "Russia - my story" on the initiative of the Governor of St. Petersburg‑Alexander Beglov's Petersburg has created a large-scale exhibition "My Petersburg", which presents the best practices and achievements in various sectors of city life. On behalf of the President of Russia, St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg became the first entity to broadcast the experience of the International Exhibition and Forum at VDNH. The exhibition is located in 12 halls with a total area of 3,500 square meters. Various thematic sections show visitors how multifaceted St. Petersburg is - historical, comfortable, industrial, educational, and tourist. Every visitor can become a participant in the life of the Northern Capital, feel like a part of it and even see the heartbeat of the city firsthand. Multimedia exhibits provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the most interesting places in St. Petersburg: visit the best theaters, city parks, libraries, wander the streets. The exhibition allows you not only to take a trip to the past, but also to see the image of the future of St. Petersburg – the metropolis of the XXI century. One of the most interesting exhibits was the layout of the all-season resort "St. Petersburg Marina", which is planned to be created on the site of the former Gorskaya industrial site. The project is being implemented on behalf of the President within the framework of the federal tourism development program "Five Seas and Lake Baikal". According to the project concept, it is planned to build a yacht marina by 2026, as well as facilities for seasonal storage and repair of yachts and ships. In the next stages, a sports cluster, a film studio with a theme park, an extreme park with indoor and outdoor areas, water sports stations, hotel quarters, an educational center, and a business space will appear on the territory of the resort. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of St. Petersburg as a resort capital and create conditions for water sports activities for both residents and guests. The name of the exhibition "My Petersburg" emphasizes the personal participation of each resident in the development and victories of the city. All the leading enterprises of St. Petersburg, cultural organizations, museums, and archival services took part in the organization of the exhibition.
