    SPIEF 2026: St. Petersburg Investment Committee signs cooperation agreement with resource supply company

    On June 4, 2026, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement was signed on cooperation between the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg and Teploset St. Petersburg JSC as part of the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard.

    In the presence of the Vice-Governors of St. Petersburg, Nikolai Linchenko and Sergey Kropachev, the document was signed by Ivan Skladchikov, Chairman of the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg, and Vadim Bravve, General Director of Teploset St. Petersburg.

    The agreement consolidated the long-term cooperation of the parties to form an optimal algorithm of actions ("client path") for investors planning to implement investment projects in St. Petersburg, including at the stages of connecting facilities to utility networks.

    As Ivan Skladchikov noted, such cooperation is carried out in accordance with the list of instructions from the President of Russia to create a system to support new investment projects, is a necessary element of the Regional Investment Standard and affects the formation of a favorable investment climate in the region.

    Earlier, as part of SPIEF 2023, the St. Petersburg Investment Committee concluded cooperation agreements with SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg, PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo, SUE TEK SPb.

    The Regional Investment Standard (RIS) is a business support tool in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the concept of which was formed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2021. RIS includes a set of tools and mechanisms designed to accelerate the launch of new investment projects and simplify investor interaction with government authorities and resource supply organizations.
